Who is the driving force behind the brand?

“Just me! I'm Tessa, the sole trader behind Barossa Nourish Muesli. I am a passionate creator who pours her heart and soul into every aspect of the brand; from creating recipes to production and promotion, accounting and deliveries. My time spent with our customers at the Farmer's Market helps to make genuine connections, and with Makers & Merchants I am looking forward to collaborating with other fellow small business owners in the Barossa community.”

Tessa's current range is three delightful and nourishing breakfast experiences:

Signature Blend - toasted wholegrains, nuts, seeds and honey
Artisan Blend - combining wholegrains, walnut & apple... with a sprinkle of cinnamon
Energy Blend - roasted nuts, seeds, and a hint of vanilla, with no added grains (however may contain grain traces)

Each batch is handcrafted with care, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. The muesli is made weekly to ensure freshness from wholesome ingredients, providing a balanced and satisfying start to the day.

Handcrafted small batch granola made with Australian ingredients. Preservative-free and created by Tessa, a passionate business owner in the Barossa who has been making granola for more than a decade.

The journey into business began with a desire to create a nourishing breakfast alternative for her young family. As it evolved and she tested new recipes, it became increasingly popular with friends and colleagues. Fast forward to 2022, Tessa expanded the range to three blends, and became a stall holder at the Barossa Farmer's Market.

Tessa's dedication to supporting locally made and grown produce, as well as Australian businesses, is a key aspect of her brand. Moreover, the entire range is preservative-free and devoid of anything artificial, ensuring a pure and natural experience with every bite.
