The journey into business began with a desire to create a nourishing breakfast alternative for her young family. As it evolved and she tested new recipes, it became increasingly popular with friends and colleagues. Fast forward to 2022, Tessa expanded the range to three blends, and became a stall holder at the Barossa Farmer's Market.
