This wine was made from 70 - 100 year old vines, crushed into open fermenters, hand plunged daily and fermented to dry. Predominantly matured in French oak, the wine will mature for many years - however I dare you to keep it away from braised meats or even just warm fire and friends!
Aged in the best french oak, the bright, beautiful beautiful fruit dances in your mouth – very cool.
Find a friend. Pour into a wine glass and drink. Accompany with some Barossa mettwurst and fireside if you must.
