Barossa Coffee Mexican Fairtrade Organic

From the Chiapas region of Mexico, well known for its high-quality coffees. 

Federacion de Sociedades Cooperativas Indigenas y Ecologicas de Chiapas F.C de R.L (FESICH) is a cooperative comprising over 1700 small partner producers, each growing on just a few hectares. The rich volcanic soils and high altitudes make ideal growing conditions to bring about bright acidity and sweet cocoa notes in the cup.

Certified Fairtrade and Organic, the Co-op puts their social premiums to use across renovation programs, training and other activities, through member voting at annual Fairtrade meetings.
