'For this fusion I chose the Hayes Family Wines of Barossa aged 13 yr Brandy and Riverland golden Raisins smothered in Samoa 73% dark chocolate.
The cacao beans for this chocolate originate from plantings of cacao trees by German settlers in Samoa around the turn of the 19th century. '
