TASTING NOTES |
Variety – Shiraz Region – Barossa Valley, Casa Rossa Vineyard Alcohol – 14.5% v/v CONTAINS SULPHITES
Hand Harvested, wile and whole berry fermets, basket pressed, new and old oak, no fining, no filtering. Review by James Halliday released 1 August 2020: "Hand-picked, whole berries wild-fermented, new and old oak, neither fined nor filtered. This is a lovely Barossa grenache with bright, clear colour, slipping in some fine-grained tannins amongst the cherry fruits. 94/100”
